Publication gates
This first-party technical record describes OYOTTA's release controls. It does not claim independent endorsement. Publication requires registered evidence, contradiction review, rights clearance, role-separated desk approval, preservation metadata, and an independently recorded release-authority decision.
The control plane
Each publication passes through seven independent facets:
- EDITORIAL_DESK — Assigns scope, byline, and editorial intent
- RESEARCH_AND_SOURCE_REGISTRY — Registers primary sources and evidence bundles
- FACT_AND_CONTRADICTION_REVIEW — Tests claims against evidence; documents unresolved uncertainty
- RIGHTS_AND_PROVENANCE — Clears rights; records provenance chain
- CORRECTIONS_DEK — Maintains corrections history; manages supersession
- ARCHIVE_AND_PRESERVATION — Ensures durable storage; records preservation metadata
- RELEASE_AUTHORITY — Records independent release decision with timestamp and disposition
Credential structure
Every OYOTTA credential binds a stable identifier, issuer facet, subject, scope, evidence digest, content digest, issue time, status, supersession/revocation reference, and signature/hash-chain proof. Public verification works from OYOTTA-controlled infrastructure and portable offline manifests.
Provider neutrality
OYOTTA-owned publishing is the primary system of record. External search engines and platforms are optional downstream consumers. Publication, discoverability, identity, evidence, and recovery do not depend on Google, Bing, Wikipedia, social media, or another third party.
